Located on 541 acres in the picturesque New Jersey Pinelands, Atlantic Cape is 15 miles west of Atlantic City's boardwalk and 45 miles from Philadelphia. The college off ers nearly 50 transfer and career degree programs, including 13 online degrees, continuing education, pro- fessional development and training services. Atlantic Cape awards Associ- ate in Arts, Associate in Science and Associate in Applied Science degrees. The school also operates the Academy of Culinary Arts, a hands-on program to train chefs and food service professionals; the Casino Career Institute, a nationally recognized non-credit school providing casino industry training; and the Health Professions Institute, a state-of-the-art center for comprehen- sive allied and auxiliary health training. Atlantic Cape opened a STEM building in 2015, with modern science labs, computer labs and an air traffi c control tower simulator.
